How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Triggermo Remodeling to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Triggermo Remodeling
  • The way we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work, and customer service. If a remodeling job goes wrong, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what each side said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Triggermo Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot issue refunds for a provider's work. We cannot act for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@triggermo.living and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what you would like us to do

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived. This usually takes a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may also help.
